Work Opportunity Tax Credit 
The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a federal tax credit that encourages employers to hire from targeted groups of job seekers by reducing employers’ federal income tax liability by as much as $9,000 per qualified new worker.


Enterprise Zone Tax Credit
California's Enterprise Zone program was established in 1984 to stimulate business investment in depressed areas of the State and create job opportunities for Californians. Today, businesses and workers both continue to benefit from the program.

LAMBRA 

The Local Agency Military Base Recovery Area (LAMBRA) program was established in response various to base closures, to attract investment and redevelopment of former military bases.  The Norton Air Force Base LAMBRA offers tax incentives that are similar to Enterprise Zones.
